Day 78 6-8

I decided to have my quiet time today as I waited for my co-leader for VBS to come over to work on stuff together. The kids were sleeping. The house was quiet, still, and peaceful. It's nice to have this time to slow down from the fast pace of life and be refreshed and rejuvenated as I sit at Jesus' feet. I sat on the couch and simply prayed for a while. For the upcoming MOPS season (positions to be filled, etc.), for people's lives to be changed as they encounter Jesus at VBS, for homes to be changed and filled with Jesus as kids come home and share what they learned, for strength and energy for all the leaders, and for me to be willing to obey God when He leads me wherever and whenever and that I am willing to be used for Him.
